Early Adopter Program
Overview
The myCloudPBX Early Adopter Program gives a phone system access to new capability before it becomes generally available. Joining is free, takes a few minutes, and causes no downtime. Nothing else about the phone system changes.
Three features are switched on together when a phone system joins.
| Feature | What it does | Where it is configured |
|---|---|---|
| Reporting and Intelligence | A new Service Portal with a live dashboard, online user status and a rebuilt reporting workspace. | Nothing to configure. Open it from the phone system page. |
| Chat | Internal messaging and SMS in the myCloudPBX Connect App. | PBX Settings > Connect App Feature Settings |
| Call IQ | Transcripts, AI summaries and sentiment scoring on recorded calls. | Call Recordings > Call Transcription |
Features released under the program are early access. They work, and they are still being shaped, so screens and behaviour may change between releases.
This round of the program runs to 31 October.
The new Service Portal
Reporting and Intelligence opens the new myCloudPBX Service Portal. It is a new portal built from the ground up, and it is where new features land first.

The portal has four areas in this release.
- Dashboard. Call quality, who is online, and how busy today is against yesterday.
- Online Users. Every extension, whether a phone is registered on it, and what that phone is. Resync or reboot a handset from your desk.
- Call IQ (preview). Transcripts, summaries and sentiment on your recorded calls, with a daily review queue for the ones worth a second look.
- Call Data (preview). The new reporting workspace. Pick a window once and every report describes the same days.
See the Service Portal guide for a walkthrough of each area.
What happens to the existing Reporting Dashboard
The existing Reporting Dashboard is unchanged and keeps running alongside the new portal. Both are available on an enrolled phone system, and only enrolled phone systems see the new one.
Not every report has moved across yet, so use whichever portal has the report you need. Figures will not match exactly between the two while both are running. That is expected during the preview.
