Manage Numbers

Manage Numbers

The Manage Numbers screen is your main hub for handling all phone numbers associated with your myCloudPBX and Business SIP services. The Manage Numbers screen provides a listing of the currently allocated numbers.

Using the Manage Numbers Screen

  1. Order New Number
    • Click the "Order New Number/s" button.
    • Follow the prompts to complete your order.
  2. Port Australian Number
    • Click the "Port Australian Number/s" button.
    • Follow the instructions to port an existing number.
  3. View Number Orders
    • Click the "View Number Orders" button to see all current and past number orders.
  4. Search for a Number
    • Use the search bar to find a specific number by entering the service, status, or phone number.
  5. Edit Address
    • Click the "Edit Address" button next to the desired number.
    • Update the address details as needed.
  6. Move Number
    • Click the "Move" button next to the desired number.
    • Follow the prompts to move the number to a different service.
  7. Disconnect Number
    • Click the "Disconnect" button next to the desired number.
    • Follow the prompts to disconnect the number.

Number Management

Edit Address

Edit Address allows you to update the emergency service address for one or more phone numbers.

Edit Emergency Services Address

  1. Open Edit Address
    • Click the "Edit Address" button next to the desired number.
  2. Select Update Option
    • Choose whether to update the address only, contact/ownership only, or both by clicking the corresponding button.
  3. Select Address
    • Use the dropdown to select an existing address or click "Add New Address" to enter a new address.
  4. Confirm Numbers
    • Ensure the correct numbers are selected for the address update.
  5. Save Changes
    • Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Move

Move allows you to transfer a phone number from one service to another.

Move Number to an Alternte Voice Service

  1. Launch the Move Wizard
  2. Click the "Move" button next to the desired number.
  3. Select New Service
  4. Use the dropdown to select the new service for the phone number.
  5. Update Emergency Services Address
  6. Confirm or update the emergency services address. You can use the current address or add a new one.
  7. Review Order Details
  8. Review the order details and ensure all information is correct.
  9. Complete Move
  10. Follow the prompts to finalise the move.

Disconnect

Disconnect allows you to disconnect a phone number and select a replacement if needed.

Disconnect a Number

  1. Launch the Disconnect Wizard
    • Click the "Disconnect" button next to the desired number.
  2. Select Replacement Number
    • Use the dropdown to select a replacement number for any associated services.
  3. Review Order Details
    • Review the order details and ensure all information is correct.
  4. Complete Disconnect
    • Follow the prompts to finalise the disconnect.
